This gives clients the ability to mix up their workouts without needing to belong to several fitness establishments. We have created a culture of health combining these outstanding classes with one-of-a-kind instructors, personal training and wellness coaching.

Sculpt

COMPLETE BODY WORKOUT

CULTURE SCULPT is a complete body workout integrating weights, cardio intervals, basic yoga positions and resistance bands to help sculpt lean muscle mass and burn fat all day long. This class will be heated to a comfortable 85 degrees to promote mobility and range of motion without a high risk of dehydration that commonly occurs in other hot yoga classes.

Hiit

PHYSICAL HIIT

PHYSICAL HIIT is a fusion program combining strength, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. This class alternates short periods of anaerobic exercises with short rest periods. Some of the benefits of high intensity interval training are improved oxygen intake, higher glucose metabolism and accelerated fat burn.

BARRE STYLE TRAINING

BARRE may look like ballet, but this class is far from it and will be sure to burn loads of calories. In each energizing workout you will use the ballet barre, along with light weights, resistance bands and weighted balls to tone and strengthen muscles. Get ready to rock because each class is choreographed to high energy, motivating music!
