Culture Sculpt is a complete body workout using weights, cardio and resistance equipment to help sculpt your muscles while building lean muscle mass. Culture Shock-Strength combines total body strength and resistance training with cardio to build lean muscle and burn fat. This 50-60 minute workout uses a variety of weights, resistance bands and your own body weight to move through progressions that focus on movement, mobility and endurance. Culture Circuit uses numerous stations where you will complete set exercises for 90 seconds to 2 minutes each. You will rotate through these stations in a circuit style lead by the instructor who will blow a whistle to signal moving to the next station. You will be sure to hit every major muscle group! It feels a little like bootcamp meets personal training but with the fun group fitness atmosphere! Shoes required, no mat needed. All levels welcome.
