In honor of Earth Day, join our Yoga Culture Instructor Andrea for a grounding and nourishing 75 minute yoga flow with essential oils. This yoga flow will focus on balancing your root chakra, or Muladhara chakra, the chakra associated with the Earth element (in honor of Earth Day!). When our root chakra is in balance, we are filled with feelings of stability and abundance. Essential oils and yoga postures will be put together to ground and nourish your mind, body and spirit.
