    We know August can be a super busy month as we try to fit in those final cabin weekends. Here's a simple bodyweight circuit you can do anywhere! Kids LOVE circuit workouts so have them join you! 1. Walking Lunges (glutes, quads & hams) 2. Decline Pushups (shoulders & chest) 3. High Knees (cardio) 4. Step Calf Raises (calves) 5.
