Home Workouts Session # 1 led By Jen Sandbo

Culture Shock-Strength combines total body strength and resistance training with cardio to build lean muscle and burn fat. This 50-60 minute workout uses a variety of weights, resistance bands and your own body weight to move through progressions that focus on movement, mobility and endurance.
