Physical Culture(v) is turning 2! We are celebrating with our annual Charity Triathlon on Saturday, June 10th at 8:00am.
This year we are partnering with our beautiful founding member, Kim Senn, to benefit Simpson Housing Services (www.simpsonhousing.org).
Simpson Housing Services mission is to house, support and advocate for people experiencing homelessness. These services helps thousands of people experiencing homelessness find the housing, support, and shelter they need in a time of personal crisis
The triathlon will consist of 60 min of a sculpt, strength & hiit combo class... think Triple Threat with strength instead of Barre, a 2 mile run/walk & will finish up with an hour of vinyasa yoga. This class will be group taught by almost all of our incredible instructors! We couldn't choose just a couple, so we decided to have them all!
Space is limited so be sure to sign up! If you can't make the triathlon, or working out for 3 hours straight isn't your "thing" please join us for the after party!
The triathlon and after party are free but a charitable donation of $35 is recommended.
After the triathlon, from 11-1, we will celebrate our 2 year anniversary with the amazing DJ Omaur Bliss, beer supplied by our new neighborhood restaurant, Town Hall Brewery & some local food vendors.
Everyone is welcome to the party so please help us spread the word! The purpose of this event is to raise money for this awesome charity while celebrating Physical Culture(v) and the community of clients and instructors who have made it such a great place to sweat! The more the merrier!
