We know August can be a super busy month as we try to fit in those final cabin weekends.
Here's a simple bodyweight circuit you can do anywhere!
Kids LOVE circuit workouts so have them join you!
1. Walking Lunges (glutes, quads & hams)
2. Decline Pushups (shoulders & chest)
3. High Knees (cardio)
4. Step Calf Raises (calves)
5. Superman Back Extensions (back)
6. Single Leg Burpies- Alternating (cardio)
7. Reverse Crunch (core)
8. Side Planks (obliques & core)Perform each exercise for 1 minute with no rest between.
At the end of the circuit, take a 2 minute rest and repeat 2 more times.
